For almost a quarter of a century, we at The Ice Creamery have been handcrafting the highest-quality ice cream, gelato and frozen yogurt using fresh, local ingredients and 100 per cent real Canadian cream. All of our ripples are made fresh on-site, as are our candied pecans (pralines). Join us at our summer location where we take creative liberties when producing gourmet flavours, such as blueberry basil, toasted fig, salted pecan and mascarpone, or our ever popular strawberry rhubarb made with our own home-grown heirloom rhubarb. We are continually working on new and exciting flavours to grace your taste buds.
